CoMo Leaders rebrands as Show Me Leaders

December 1, 2017

Local leadership growth company and REDI Innovation Hub client CoMo Leaders announced today an expansion along with a rebrand and new name - Show Me Leaders.

“The new brand, new name and new positioning of the business has come from aligning the purpose, vision and goals of what we’re trying to accomplish within Columbia and beyond - to create leadership growth opportunities that profoundly impact the lives of people that attend and businesses that invest,” Valerie Zumwalt, Show Me Leaders founder, said.

Reflecting its Missouri roots, but not limited by them, Show Me Leaders now goes beyond one-day events. It is a leadership growth company that helps leaders create REAL success - Relationships, Equipping, Attitude and Leadership - professionally and personally. It offers trainings, workshops, coaching and teaching to help leaders grow in their Relationships, their ability to Equip others, their Attitude and Mindset, and their Leadership and Influence.

Two signature programs - a 90-day growth plan and the REAL success mastermind - are launching January 1, 2018 and will be available in Columbia and for virtual clients all over the country.

CoMo Leaders began in March 2014 as a podcast featuring local leaders sharing their expertise. Since then, it has become the premier leadership growth event company in Columbia, hosting the annual Leadercast conference. Each year, 800 CoMo Leaders attend Leadercast CoMo, making it the third-largest Leadercast host site in the world.

In 2017, CoMo Leaders doubled in size, adding two new events - Live2Lead and Leadercast Women. It also successfully offered the Leadercast Women event in St. Louis and Springfield, solidifying its presence beyond Columbia. Also this year, founder Valerie Zumwalt was certified as a John Maxwell speaker, trainer and coach, further expanding the offerings of the business.
