Join us January 6th to hear Bobbi Sandwhisch with Ziga Grazing
Tell us about your business:
Ziga Grazing is a prescribed grazing business using goats for property maintenance. As an alternative to heavy equipment, machinery and herbicides, we offer our goats! A goats preferred food source is weeds and woody plants, often what other animals prefer not to eat. Property owners have a lot invested in their land on many levels but managing common weeds and invasive species can be a huge task. This applies to personal property owners and parks, utility right of ways, and state conservation areas. The goats are an ecologically safe choice to managing the weeds that guarantee landowners that their properties will continue to be thriving for the next generation.
What feedback are you looking for?
We need help really zoning in on our “sales pitch”…what is our one liner that accurately says what we do and is intriguing enough without being too drawn out. We also have a fairly good idea of our ideal audience but we could use some outside help really stating who that person is. We need help figuring out how to get in front of that ideal audience…where do we meet them? We need help building our web presence. We have a great website but it needs to move up in Google searches. Also, with that web presence we’d like to help that drive people to our email list so that we can really have the deeper conversations with them that we know people have questions about.
Who would you love to see in the room?
Someone who owns land that they don’t want to see taken over by weeds. Someone from conservation organizations. People from utility companies or parks that are in charge of maintaining the land.
