Presenters will discuss the new City of Columbia Supplier Diversity Program and Directory of Minority & Women Owned Businesses, SBA’s 8(a) Business Development, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone),
Women-Owned Small Business/Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB/EDWOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) programs; State of Missouri M/WBE certification; and federal DBE certification. A representative from the Missouri Procurement Technical Assistance Center will also
present about assistance they provide in obtaining government contracts.
