Minority Business Program

The Minority Business Program works with local businesses in Columbia, Rocheport, Centralia, Hallsville, Ashland, and surrounding areas near Boone County, MO to assist Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) including minority and women-owned businesses in order to compete in government and private sector economic development and business entrepreneurship opportunities.
